Please read these terms carefully before booking.

"Company", "we", "us" or "our" means IDO Ventures Limited. "Client", "you" or "your" means the person or organisation hiring equipment or services from us.
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us in writing. 2.2 A booking is confirmed once the 50% deposit and any security deposit are received. 2.3 We recommend booking at least 14 days in advance for weekends and peak periods.
3.1 All prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and include delivery and setup within Greater Accra unless stated. 3.2 A 50% deposit secures the booking; balance due on delivery. 3.3 Multi-day hires: day 2 at 70%, day 3+ at 50%. 3.4 Payment by Paystack (card, MoMo, bank), bank transfer or cash.
A refundable security deposit covers loss or damage and is refunded within 48 hours of return in good condition, less any deductions.
We deliver, set up and collect the equipment. The Client must ensure clear access, power and a safe environment, and is responsible for security of the equipment during the hire.
Equipment remains our property and must be used lawfully for its intended purpose. Only our authorised technicians may operate complex rigs.
The Client is responsible for loss or damage (fair wear excepted) from delivery to collection, reported immediately by phone.
Cancellations 14+ days before the event: full deposit refund. 7–13 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: deposit forfeited.
Our liability is limited to the total hire fee paid for the booking, except where caused by our negligence.
Neither party is liable for failure due to events beyond reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
